PTA ’s 2017 Survey highlighted Telenor and PTCL with Top Customer Complaints

10,237 complaints got by Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) from telecom consumers against the various telecom operators (including cellular operators, LDIs, WLL, PTCL operators and ISPs) for the duration of April-June 2017.

PTCL leads the table with 3,121 complaints received throughout the April-June period, according to data obtainable by NetMag. With 2,095 complaints, Telenor stands at the 2nd position as a telecom operator lodged during the same time period.

PTA said that it was capable to get 96.04 % of the complaints resolution.

Zong with 1432 complaints stood third i.e. with 20% of the total complaints.

Ufone had 9969 complaints and objections against its different services which make up 14% of the entirety CMO related complaints, followed by Warid with 617 i.e. 8.8% complaints.

So PTCl got the lead in this race with the highest rate of complaints which seems to pretty obvious as we all faced a lot of internet service issues with PTCL network.

The purpose of issuing the survey is to alarm the companies so they can take some serious actions to resolve the issue and provide better after sales services to the customers.
