There has been a lot of speculation in the news lately about the launch of a 24-hour driving license service in six cities across the Punjab province that was announced earlier this week by Mirza Faran Baig, Deputy Inspector General (Traffic) of the Punjab Police. It is anticipated that these centers will be able to serve citizens even after office hours. In addition, they will be able to obtain their licenses within 24 hours of those hours.

I am pleased to inform all of you that DIG Traffic has announced that the province will be setting up driving test centers in six major cities: Lahore, Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Sialkot. These centers will also be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, according to Mr. Mandela, and will be open throughout the year.
