Lucky Landmark, a subsidiary of the YB Group, in collaboration with LMKT and Orbit Startups, has secured a prestigious five-year contract to manage the National Incubation Center (NIC) Karachi. This award comes from Ignite, the Ministry of IT & Telecom.
Under the new strategic direction from Ignite, NIC Karachi will focus on key areas including Industrial Automation, FinTech, Cyber Security, and the promotion of women-led startups. NIC Karachi has previously gained recognition as Pakistan’s largest tech incubator and startup accelerator during its six-year tenure under LMKT’s management.

Throughout this period, NIC Karachi has supported 299 startups, generating 1 million jobs, raising Rs. 9.1 billion in investments, and achieving Rs. 8.7 billion in revenue. Lucky Landmark, in partnership with LMKT and Orbit Startups, will now continue to drive innovation and growth at NIC Karachi.
The CEO of Ignite expressed enthusiasm about extending the collaboration, stating, “It is fantastic to continue our partnership with trusted collaborators for another five years. We are excited to see more startups emerging in Industrial Automation, FinTech, Cyber Security, and women-led ventures. Together, we will strengthen Pakistan’s innovation landscape.”
