Gold Prices Surge in Pakistan Amid International Market Trends

The price of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs. 700, reaching Rs. 307,000 on Wednesday, compared to Rs. 306,300 on the previous trading day, as reported by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association.

On Tuesday, gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a significant increase of Rs. 4,800 per tola, driven by a surge in international gold prices.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold climbed by Rs. 601, reaching Rs. 263,203 from Rs. 262,602, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold saw an increase of Rs. 551, moving up to Rs. 241,278 from Rs. 240,727.

Silver prices also experienced an upward trend, with the price of per tola silver increasing by Rs. 54 to Rs. 3,369, and 10 grams of silver rising by Rs. 46 to Rs. 2,888.

In the international market, the price of gold increased by $5, reaching $2,921 from $2,916, while silver prices went up by $0.52, reaching $32.32, according to the Association.
