Zimbabwe captain Craig Ervine won the toss and chose to bat first in the second Test against Bangladesh in Chattogram.
The visitors made two changes to their lineup for the match, with legspinner Vincent Masekesa making his debut and wicketkeeper Tafadzwa Tsiga replacing Nyasha Mayavo. This will be Tsiga’s third Test appearance.
On the other hand, Bangladesh made several adjustments, recalling Anamul Haque to the team for the first time in almost two years. Tanzim Hasan Sakib is also making his Test debut, while Nayeem Hasan rejoined the squad. Mahmudul Hasan Joy and Khaled Ahmed were dropped, and Nahid Rana is currently participating in the PSL.
