Developed under the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (MOPHRD), the PakTok app acts as a centralized digital platform to connect Pakistani expatriates with essential government services. Key features include OPF membership registration, welfare benefits like recovery of dues from foreign employers, free repatriation of deceased bodies, and financial assistance including scholarships at OPF institutions.

One of the app’s standout features is a 24/7 complaint management system, which allows users and their families to log grievances and get timely resolutions. The app also keeps the diaspora informed with real-time updates on OPF policies, events, and new initiatives—promoting transparency and easier access to government resources.
