Fully Funded Master’s and PhD Scholarships in Germany Now Open for Pakistani Applicants
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) has officially opened applications for the 2025 intake of its highly regarded EPOS (Development-Related Postgraduate Courses) Scholarship Programme.
This fully funded initiative is aimed at professionals from developing and newly industrialised countries who wish to pursue Master’s or PhD degrees in Germany. The programme is tailored for individuals with a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience and a strong interest in contributing to sustainable development in their home countries.
The goal is to enhance capacity building in these nations by offering academic training that prepares professionals to take on leadership roles in public administration, private enterprise, and civil society.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must be from a DAAD-recognised developing or newly industrialised country

Possess a Bachelor’s degree (typically four years) in a related field

Have at least two years of professional experience

Must demonstrate a clear development-focused motivation
Scholarship Benefits:

Monthly stipend:

€992 for Master’s students

Duration of Funding:
Between 12 and 42 months, depending on the chosen academic programme.
