As the Iran-Israel conflict intensifies into its fourth consecutive day, Iran has launched a new wave of missile attacks on Israel, including strikes on Tel Aviv and the port city of Haifa, in retaliation for Israel’s earlier assaults on Tehran.
At least several people have been reported killed in Tel Aviv due to the latest Iranian strikes. The situation escalated after Israeli forces targeted key sites in the Iranian capital. In response, Tehran’s counterattacks have inflicted “extensive damage” on buildings across various Israeli cities, according to footage aired by Israeli news outlets.
The death toll in Iran has now surged to 224, including 70 women and children, following Israel’s continued aerial assaults. Notably, the head of intelligence of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and two other generals were killed in Israeli airstrikes on Sunday.

In a statement issued following the attacks, Iran’s Revolutionary Guards claimed to have used a new offensive technique that reportedly caused Israel’s advanced multi-layered defense systems to malfunction and target one another. The Guards emphasized that, despite U.S. and Western technological support for Israel, their strike strategy achieved maximum precision and effectiveness in hitting targets within the occupied territories.
The Iranian missile strikes began on Saturday, launched in retaliation for Israel’s pre-emptive attacks on Iran’s nuclear infrastructure and ballistic missile development programs that commenced on Friday.
