The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has announced the auction of multiple high-value properties owned by real estate magnate Malik Riaz, scheduled for August 7, 2025. The move comes as part of proceedings related to the £190 million Al-Qadir Trust case.
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved its verdict on several petitions filed to challenge the planned auction of these Bahria Town properties. Despite legal objections, NAB has confirmed the auction will proceed at its Rawalpindi office, located in G-6/1, Islamabad.
