Launching of a full fledged phone that makes way with an affordable price tag isn’t exactly the wisest move you would expect from a phone manufacturer, yet this is exactly what Realme ended up doing with the launch of the Realme Narzo 50, as the brand also recently ended up holding a launch event with respect to the phone. While the whole thing was of course pretty much already scripted, playing a pre-recorded clip instead of the actual gaming on the phone taking place took things a bit too far as one would have to imagine.
All in all, there isn’t too much that you can hold against the event itself, which in all honesty, was a pretty decent one, as Realme ended up showing off the specs with regards to the phone with an amusing five round competition. However, one of the said rounds actually required a quick scope kill on Free Fire in order to win, and in that, Realme actually messed up big time as it took upon itself to pass of recorded footage as an actual game play.

If you skip to 10:15 of the launch, you’ll actually see a pause button coming up on one of the participants gameplay – which of course had in fact been triggered courtesy of an accidental touch. The interface seemed to have been that of Google Photos, which at the end of the day seemed as enough proof that it wasn’t actually the real deal.
As to why Realme took this route still remains rather unclear. But one would then surely have to imagine that it wasn’t exactly impossible for the streamer to achieve a no scope, or perhaps then the question pops up : maybe Realme just didn’t have enough abilities in the capabilities of the Narzo 50. But this does seem a bit unlikely given the fact that in the final round of the event, the game play not only seemed legit, but also seemed as if it was lag free.
