The update is now available with version 22.19.0.75. The TestFlight version is 22.19.0 The most current version on the WhatsApp Settings is 2.22.19.75.

A screenshot was posted on the internet, revealing how the shortcut for camera is found in that navigation bar. In addition, it will be accessible to iPhone users, who are already able to build communities in the near future.

It seems to be similar to the version that was used by the WhatsApp beta version for Android.
