Today, Elon Musk reportedly announced a more expensive “zero-ad” subscription service.

It follows Twitter Blue’s launch. Twitter Blue users pay a fee to receive a verified blue check mark and edit functionality.

Twitter Blue costs $11 for iOS and Android. The monthly fee is $8 for desktop users. Subscriptions for the future “zero-ad” service are not yet available.

The ads on Twitter are too frequent and too large, said Elon Musk. As a result, Twitter will take steps to address both of these issues in the next few weeks,” said Elon Musk, who did not disclose what measures would be taken or the price.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has launched Twitter Blue, a paid subscription service, since acquiring Twitter in October for $44 billion.

As a result, Twitter advertisers have fled due to Elon Musk’s actions, including layoffs of thousands of employees. More than 500 advertisers have left Twitter since Elon Musk took over in October last year, according to people familiar with the matter.
