The Saudi Ministry of Interior has issued a firm advisory for Hajj pilgrims, urging them to refrain from photography at sacred sites and to avoid displaying political or sectarian flags, engaging in sloganeering, or participating in protests.

The ministry underscored that all pilgrims are guests of Allah and that the Saudi government prioritizes their safety, health, and comfort. Pilgrims have been advised to adhere strictly to local laws, maintain discipline, and avoid any provocative or disruptive behavior that could compromise the sanctity of the pilgrimage.

In parallel, Saudi Minister for Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, has warned pilgrims about the dangers of extreme heat during Hajj. He urged worshippers to remain in their tents between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., avoid direct sun exposure, and minimize unnecessary outdoor movement to prevent heat-related illnesses such as dehydration or exhaustion.

These measures are part of Saudi Arabia’s broader efforts to ensure a safe and spiritually fulfilling Hajj experience for all attendees.
