A big change has been made in Pakistan’s squad for England Tests

For the Test series against England, Pakistan’s selection committee announced an 18-man squad. In the three-match series beginning on 1 December, Babar Azam will lead the side.

The squad included several surprise inclusions, including Abrar Ahmed and Mohammad Ali, who had solid Quaid-e-Azam Trophy performances.

In Pakistan’s previous international match, veteran middle-order batsman Fawad Alam failed to impress.

Mohammad Wasim Jr, who played in the 2022 T20 World Cup, has also been called up to the Test squad. Faheem Ashraf and Sarfaraz Ahmed were also awarded for their domestic performance.

In the squad are Zahid Mehmood, Nauman Ali, Abrar Ahmed, and Mohammad Nawaz.
