There is a new flippable Chromebook from HP that is available in the overseas market. The device features a 13.3-inch display, a 360-degree hinge, a MediaTek Kompanio 1200 processor, 4GB DDR4X memory, and 128GB PCIe NVMe SSD Models start at $370 (roughly RMB 2,579).

If you want more storage over the base model, you can spend another $30, and if you want a backlit keyboard, you can spend another $30, but it’s a little disappointing that there isn’t a model with more RAM.

With an ultra-narrow bezel design, and a 13.3-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a 1920 x 1080 resolution, this laptop provides an all-around visual experience, supports 250nit brightness, can convert to a tablet, or can be customized to suit your needs.

The notebook is also equipped with a MediaTek MT7921 wireless solution, which supports Bluetooth 5.2 and WiFi 6 standards.

It also comes with a USB Type-A port and a USB Type-C port with 45W USB Type-C power adapter. Other features include a 720p camera with privacy switch, stereo speakers, 47 Wh battery, microSD card reader, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a microSD card reader.

With dimensions of 12.1″ x 8.2″ x 0.7″ and weighing 2.95 pounds, this laptop has a shell and hinged lid made from recycled metal, while the base, bezel, and speaker housing are all made from ocean-going plastic. It uses recycled metal for the shell and hinged lid.
