This ad by Surf Excel has an insightful message of Ramadan

Surf Excel Pakistan’s leading detergents brand from the HUL highlights the importance of sharing and altruism this Ramadan too, through beautifully pasteurized ad which is an extension of the ‘Daag tu Acche hoty Hain’ or ‘Dirt is good’ global theme.

The ad crossed a million views in less than two days after publication on YouTube on May 27 and It has been directed by Vasan Bala (who directed last year’s Ramadan ad too) and produced by Absolute Productions. Among the many expertise and qualities that make us ready to face the life, generosity and sympathy are the two virtues that formulate our lives valuable, says detergent brand Surf Excel in a latest tear-jerking digital ad Conceptualized by Lowe Lintas.

Remember the 2016 Ramadan ad by Surf Excel Pakistan that crossed a million views in less than a week? Arun Iyer team at Lowe Lintas, Mumbai, has produced a promotion campaign for the brand. Titled #NekiEkIbadat, the ad is along very similar lines as last year’s ad – a little boy goes out of his way to help an old person and of course, get dirty his kurta in the bargain. This selfless concert of little Shahid will make you understand the true spirit of Ramadan.

The broad theme is the same as last year’s. This time, however, it’s called #NekiEkIbadat.

It’s an emotional and beautifully written script, in terms of the idea. It left me with a nice feeling. The storyline is fresh and adds a new element to the way Surf Excel has been advertising in the past. The new commercial presses all the right buttons in terms of execution and casting.

Surf Excel is recognized for the famous tag-line ‘Dirt is Good’, which is an expression of the belief that for children to develop and foster to their full potential, they ought to be liberated to experience life for themselves.

Kids discover best by doing! Experiential learning means that children have the ability to experience life and learn naturally, even if that means they get untidy and stain their clothes.

To create a difference Surf excel Pakistan also initiated another campaign by caring for others this Ramadan. Give a missed call on 90131 to participate in their Clothes Donation Drive for Akhuwat Clothes Bank and KRT. #NekiEkIbadat
