And so in order to mitigate the problem, the brand is offering a free replacement of the display. Of course this is a good gesture from the company, but it isn’t exactly the first time that Apple is taking such a step towards the betterment of customer relations. Indeed not so long ago, it offered a similar replacement for the affected Airpods Pro units. The last time that Apple actually faced any troubles with respect to a faulty display resulted in a class-action lawsuit with regards to the flexgate backlight issue of the MacBook Pro displays which were made from 2016 to 2017.

Coming back to the original point though, this new program only exists for the iPhone 11 and not any other iPhone devices. In any case though, if you happen to be amongst the unlucky users who have faced this particular problem, then all you have to do is go over to the Apple iPhone 11 Display Module Replacement Program page, select your country and enter the serial number of your device so as to check eligibility. From then, head over to an Apple store so as to get your iPhone 11 checked. And finally, in the case where you phone is faulty and meets the eligibility program, the company will fix the phone free of charge.
