Among the most highly anticipated releases of the year is the iPhone 15 lineup. This year, the company plans to launch an upcoming series. The phones, however, have started to appear in numerous leaks and renders in recent weeks. There have been a few reports recently claiming that the upcoming iPhone 15 Plus will come with a considerable amount of upgrades when compared to the iPhone 14 Plus. It is reported that the images were taken from CAD drawings of the devices that were provided to Apple’s supply chain for the purpose of manufacturing the devices.

It is expected that the iPhone 15 Plus will feature a Dynamic Island instead of a notch as it did with the iPhone 15. This is because Apple will be bringing the Dynamic Island design to the entire iPhone lineup in 2023. Moreover, this device will come with a USB-C port rather than a Lightning port, another change that Apple is making to all iPhone 15 devices going forward.
The iPhone 15 Plus will be equipped with an Apple Dynamic Island, as well as slightly slimmer bezels. The device’s size and thickness may change slightly as a result of minor tweaks to the design. There are “slightly rounded edges” on the iPhone 15 Plus CAD design in order to create a smooth transition between the front and back of the device, as well as a slightly thicker camera bump on top.
The iPhone 15 Plus will also have a dual-lens camera with Wide and Ultra Wide lenses and will be identical to the iPhone 15. It appears that the main difference between the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus is the battery size, since the iPhone 15 Plus has a 6.7-inch screen while the iPhone 15 has a 6.1-inch screen.
Apple’s iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus are expected to feature the same A16 chip, according to previous reports. A Qualcomm X70 modem will be included in both devices, and both will be available in blue and pink. A faster A17 chip, titanium chassis, curved design, and improved camera will all be present in the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
