The Best Horror Books For Kids of 2020. When it comes to reading scared, I’m 100% all for horror books but sometimes don’t like scary video games, haunted houses, or other things that may scare me, but will also frighten others around me. This is the place where I’ve put together a list of my top picks for the year to give you something to read when Halloween rolls around again.
Good Night, Sleep Tight: A New Parent’s Guide to Child Care is a new parenting book that makes parents more aware of how they care for their kids while giving them good night’s sleep at night. It helps parents keep an eye out for possible signs that their kid isn’t getting enough sleep and makes them realize that getting more sleep does not always mean snoring or having a hard time falling asleep, but can mean other things. If you have a young child, and you’re finding yourself in this situation, you should definitely read this book.
Don’t Know My Number is a good book, for both kids and adults. It’s full of information and has everything you need to know about numbers, what you should do if you are ever asked to write down someone’s number and so much more. It’s also packed with a lot of funny stories, and many great poems and songs. As long as you are not a person who gets easily frightened, you should be able to get along without having any problems with this book.
The Exorcist: The True Story of the Most Famous Religious Fraud in American History was actually written by the famous Catholic priest, Rev. William Lane Craig, who died under very suspicious circumstances. This is the book that has been making waves around the horror genre. If you have been looking for a truly amazing book, this is probably the one to read.
Another great collection of horror books for kids is The Devil’s Due. This is the book that spawned the movie adaptation, starring Anne Rice, so you can be assured that this is a book that can really take you on a scary ride. Anne Rice’s stories are known for their amazing descriptions, and the fact that she writes them with such a real, authentic touch. If you want a good one that you can read when you are alone, this might be for you.
These are just some of the most exciting and wonderful books that I have read for kids this year. There are a lot more, of course, but these are the ones that I have enjoyed the most. I’m sure you’ll be enjoying these too!
