It has been reported that Xiaomi 13 Ultra will come with four cameras, with the primary one being a 1 inch Sony IMX989 which is the same sensor that was featured on the Xiaomi 12S Ultra. Let me tell you that the new bit in this camera is a gimbal stabilization and a phase detection autofocus. We have still do not much info for the remaining sensors. As a result of this, we have been able to confirm that all four sensors will have PDAF autofocus and that a dToF (Direct Time-of-Flight) sensor will also be included. A circular camera housing will most likely be seen on the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, which will have the same design as the 12S Ultra.

Xiaomi 13 will be packing a 54MP Sony IMX800 sensor as its main camera sensor, along with optical image stabilization (OIS).

Its primary camera will be the 50MP Sony IMX989 (1-inch sensor) with OIS, however, Xiaomi 13 Pro will come with a 25MP Sony IMX576 (1-inch sensor) with OIS. In addition to the 50MP ultrawide sensor of Samsung JN1, there will also be a 50MP telephoto sensor of Samsung JN1 with 3.2x optical zoom.
