So one would expect that a company of Samsung’s stature would not make an unfit product for its users but folks at Samsung have proved us wrong every single time, be it the Note 10’s which literally blew up because of unfit batteries or be it the Galaxy Fold fiasco, well it has now been found that the CEO of Samsung has himself admitted that he was the culprit behind the unfit Galaxy Fold devices.

After the inevitable fall of the Galaxy Fold device, Samsung assured users that they would relaunch the device once they had corrected the fault at their end and well we currently have no word on when that Global Launch may take place but we can be sure that Samsung are current undergoing the process of recovery. The CEO has already admitted that the launch of the said phone was in fact ’embarrassing’ considering the reputation of the company. He further added that “ I pushed it through before it was ready”, as reported by The Independent.

CEO Koh did not give us any more details on why this incident had occurred but has assured the users of Samsung that the company are working to resolve the issues they have created. It should also be noted that, after the fall of the  Galaxy Fold, Huawei has also decided to re call  the release of the Mate X and have postponed the launch by  three months, which was previously expected to happen in the month of September. On this regard the CEO added that “I do admit I missed something on the foldable phone, but we are in the process of recovery. At the moment, more than 2,000 devices are being tested right now in all aspects. We defined all the issues. Some issues we didn’t even think about, but thanks to our reviewers, mass volume testing is ongoing.”

Moreover, Samsung is admant that the Galaxy Fold has not been canceled just yet and that they will indeed launch at the phone at some point. When questioned as to when users can expect a release date, Koh added that all of it will happen in “In due course. Give us a bit more time.”
