Facebook has launched a brand New Feed tab. The Feed tab lets you see the most recent posts from your favorites, friends pages, groups, and pages. In addition the primary tab you see upon opening the app is known as Home.

We’re unveiling the Feeds tab, where you can look up posts from your Facebook friends pages, groups, and more, by chronological sequence. The app will continue to provide a custom feed in the Home tab. This is where the discovery engine of our app will suggest our top content that we think you’ll be most interested in. The Feeds tab, however, gives you the ability to tailor and control your experience even more.

The Home tab lets you browse reels or stories as well as other content by recommending. The tab is now an engine of discovery which allows users to meet brand new content creators as well as creators. This tab is built upon AI (Artificial Intelligence) to provide recommendations for content.

If you’re talking about feeds, it allows you browse the latest posts of your social networks, friends and groups that you already are connected to. The most interesting thing is there aren’t any ads or recommendations on this feed section. It is also possible to apply various filtering options to organize the feed’s content. These filters allow you to discover the most recent content from your friends, favorites, pages and groups.

It will show within the shortcut bar. On iOS the shortcut bar appears in the lower right corner of the app, whereas on Android the shortcut bar will be located at the top. The shortcut bar arranges tabs based on those you use most, but you can alter the order by pinning tabs.
