Rumors are strong that Samsung might introduce its next series of Galaxy S-flagship devices sooner this time around : in January. The rumor may indeed turn out to be true as the key details with regards to the Galaxy S21 series have been cropping up through various different sources. And now, the keys specs of the Galaxy S21 Ultra have reportedly been revealed.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra is codenamed O3 and features in with the model number SM-G998U. Citing leaked information was acquired from tipster Ishan Agarwal – with the publication going on to reveal that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will make its way with a Dynamic AMOLED display of 6.8-inches. The screen will to go on to produce a 2K resolution and will make its way with a refresh rate of either 120Hz or 144Hz. As is known through its CAD renders, the S21 Ultra will feature with curved display and will make way with a top-centered positioned selfie camera cutout.

Speaking of selfies in the first place, the S21 Ultra is expected to make its way with a 40MP selfie camera. The CAD renders go on to show that its camera housing fuses the mid-frame and happens to be packed with four lenses. It is said to house a 108MP main camera.
Of course whether the S21 Ultra features with the Snapdragon or the Exynos 2100 CPU version is dependent on what market the phone is in. The Snapdragon 875 model is more likely to be towards markets such as the US and China, while India and Pakistan could be the markets to be on the receiving end of the Exynos edition.
Nonetheless, the S21 Ultra will feature with Android 10 preloaded coupled with of course One UI 3.0. It may also have a massive 5000mAh battery integrated within. Previous reports have gone on to claim that the device could be making its way with the support for either 60W or 66W fast charging. While the S21 series is indeed expected to arrive with the support for the S pen, the new leak has no suggestion of the same.
