It said the Exploration Management System (EMS) was a Windows-based, multi-client GIS database application which would empower the Directorate of Petroleum Concession (DGPC) to get to continuous E&P information data. “This will help officials to take fast activities/choices if there should arise an occurrence of decreased creation, suspended wells, shut-in wells and deferred boring because of any specialized or operational issues”.
