Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, the federal minister of finance and revenue, has ordered an investigation into the leak of army chief’s tax information.
The Finance frontman has taken note of the illegal and unwarranted leak of tax information of General Qamar Javed Bajwa’s family members.

A serious lapse on the part of unknown functionaries has led the Finance Minister to order Tariq Mehmood Pasha, the SAPM on Revenue, to personally investigate the violation of tax law and breach of FBR data, assign responsibility, and submit a report within 24 hours.
