Do you remember the cool clear-backed Galaxy S8?  Well, once again Zack has created by YouTube channel JerryRigEverything a see-through LG G6.

From YouTube durability testing channel JerryRigEverything, Zack Nelson has responded to a request on social media to see if the same approach to creating a Galaxy S8 with a see-through back panel would also be working on the LG G6. No doubt it does. World’s first clear LG G6 to go with his see-through Galaxy S8 is now in the hands of Zack Nelson.

How to get that:

The process starts simply as with the Galaxy S8, you have just to apply a heat gun to the back to soften the glue and then remove the Gorilla Glass 5 panel very carefully. You don’t need a solvent bath to remove the old paint layer from the inside -as it is required for Galaxy S8. You can just peel off the plastic like layer with the help of your hand only.

Some minor nips and tucks follow for the full show off of the internals and you will get a naked /bare LG G6.

Be aware:

If you are really interested in trying this process on your G6 Mobile, let me make you aware of the fact that you will lose void your warranty along with losing your water-resistant rating and wireless charging if you choose to remove the coils. But the fact remains the same that it’s an easier-looking project than the clear S8.

Zack is taking requests for the next phone to receive the naked treatment. So you are requested to hit the comments on the video to make your suggestions.
