The government has objected to the two-finger test (TFT) — an old strategy for looking at sexual assault survivors — and suggested that it ought not be important for any medico-lawful assessment report in rape/sexual assault cases. 

The Ministry of Law and Justice has implied the Additional Attorney General at Lahore, Chaudhry Ishtiaq Ahmed Khan, about the proposal. He will currently educate the Lahore High Court about the government’s position.
