Oppo latest and upcoming smartphone will be a part of the mid-range A series devices. The upcoming smartphone will be named the Oppo A7, and now, we know a bit more about the particularphone – thanks to the official render. Just a few days ago, a specs sheet got leaked, and we got to know exactly how good the phone will be.
The render has simply shown the front panel of the upcoming smartphone that belongs to the A series. The front of the phone has a striking resemblance to the Oppo F9/A7x. The phone will come with a large 6.2-inch HD+ (1,520 x 720p) IPS LCD display. Coming with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 Octa Core processor, the phone is packed with an Adreno 506 GPU.
With accordance to the specs sheet which was leaked just a few days ago, the A7 will possess a 16MP f/2.0 front facing selfie snapper. Furthermore, there will be the feature of a dual rear camera setup, which comprises of a 13MP f/2.2 primary, and a 2MP f/2.4 secondary sensor.
The phone is set to come with a massive, absolutely massive 4100mAh battery. There will be two different variants available for the phone – these ranging from 4 gigs of RAM, and the other being that of a 3 gigs RAM variant. However, while the two variants have a variation in the amount of RAM, both of these variants will come with internal storage of 32GB – and to add to this, there will indeed be the option of microSD card support, for up to 256 gigs of storage.
The price of the phone remains to be seen, as it isn’t exactly known, however, if the leaks are anything to go by, then the phone will probably be available for around and under the 1999 Yuan mark. The phone is expected to go on sale in China in this month, however, while we do know that the phone will be launched sometime this month, what we don’t know is exactly what the date for the release is.
