OnePlus is amongst the few major smartphone companies left to have revealed their major smartphone flagships in the first half of the year, however, we aren’t too far away it seems from the OnePlus 7. While OnePlus has relied on one particular model in its six month launch cycle for the years it has been a major player in the market, it seems now that things might take a turn for the Chinese brand as it could unveil two different OnePlus 7 variants this time around, with the more powerful version of the two being touted as the OnePlus 7 Pro.

Courtesy of both Price aba and Onleaks, just last monthwe saw the renders of the OnePlus 7 Pro version. And now today, both Price aba and Onleaks revealed renders of the standard edition of the flagship – simply calling it as the OnePlus 7. While the Pro variant does come with a fair bit of difference, the non-pro version does not seem to be that different from last year’s OnePlus 6T.

One major difference that the OnePlus 7 might come with may be found on the rear of the phone. The phone is said to feature with the flash right inside the camera housing, not as a separate entity below the module – like we saw with last year’s OnePlus 6T.

Like I said before, there don’t seem to be major differences from the previous phone, with the alert slider and power button looking to remain on the right, while both the volume rockers and the SIM card slot seem to remain on the left of the device. Along with the USB Type-C, a bunch of holes for the speaker will be placed on the bottom of the device. And also like the OnePlus 6T, the new model will also feature with an In-display fingerprint scanner.

So it does seem that OnePlus will be focusing mainly on the ‘Pro’ version of the two phones as far as innovation and new features with design are concerned.
