So it would be safe to say that many mobile phone users around the world are awaiting the launch of OPPO first flagship phone of the new year, which we think will be the successor to last year’s flagship The Find X. Moreover, the phone has already surrounded itself in many rumors and leaks, which basically give us some information on what the device is set to pack, in terms of features.  The company have already  announced new technologies which may well feature in this phone.

The company’s Vice President, Mr. Brian Shen posted on Weibo, in the post he revealed what seem to be the variousspecifications of the incoming device. He further revealed that the phone is set to be powered by the latest Snapdragon 855processor which shouldn’tcome as a surprise, considering many flagships come loaded with that SoC.He also added that it will come with 10x hybrid zoom. This is most definitely its new 10x zoom technology with a periscope design which it showed off at MWC.Next, we moveon to the phone’s battery capacity which is set to be 4,065mAh. Last year’s flagship, the Find X had a ,3730mAh battery which was paired with a 6.42-inch AMOLED display. Now we think that the screen size may be a little larger, hence the requirement of a larger battery pack.

OPPO flagship phone is set to pack the latest features

Furthermore Mr. Brian Shen has notas yet mentioned whether the phone will have support for wireless charging, however, we think that this feature is one that OPPO may well give out as the company is now a member of the Wireless Power Consortium. It should also be added that, OPPO is one of the top brandsin terms ofinnovation, so we might see them announce a wireless charging technology that rivals Xiaomi‘s 20W wireless charging technology which is currently the fastest for now. Finally, the Find X launched back in June 2018, so if the company stay true to that timeline we still have a lot of time before we get our hands on the device.
