Donkey King is an animated film about a Donkey and his road to become king of the Jungle is a Pakistani made film and well it has gotten some praise from viewers all over Pakistan and it seems that the animated film is starting to gain fame in countries abroad as well. That’s right, Aziz Jindani’s animated film is all geared up to have a wide theatrical release in over 50 screens across the country,on top of that the film is set to be dubbed in three languages which include, Spanish, Catalan and Basque and it has been found that the film will be titled El Rey Burro, El Rei Ruc and Asto Erregea respectively in the three languages. The trailers for both the Spanish version and the Catalan version are already out and well we would like to think that the film is getting a pretty good response from viewers in Spain.
Moreover,it is worth noting here that this film will mark the first Pakistani film to be released in Spain.The director of the film Aziz Jandani said on the film that, “We are ecstatic that Donkey King has found resonance with global cine distributors. It is proof that a good story, grounded in universal insight, has the ability to transcend boundaries and geographical barriers. We are not done yet though… Spain se aagayjehanaurbhihain (there is a long way ahead after Spain too.”

Moreover it is no doubt a proud moment for the film industry of Pakistan, especially considering the fact that the Pakistani Film Industry has very few animated films in its portfolio and for this film to be selected to be viewed in a foreign country is nothing short of a great achievement for both the director and the film industry as a whole. Finally it has been found that The Donkey King will haves its Spanish premiere on October 4th with the folks at Spain waiting to view this piece of art.
