With the trend first starting in the UK, more and more people are now attacking 5G towers all around the worlddue to the absurd claim that exists that the Coronavirus is spreading due to 5G signals.
And now, the Department of Homeland Security based in the US has reportedly been warning various mobile network operators that while the situation was first to be seen in parts of Europe, it is also coming Stateside. To go along with the issuance of warnings, advice is also being given out on how these 5G antennas as well as cell towers in general might be subject to protection.
So what’s the story here?
Conspiracy theorists are now more often citing the use of “harmful” radiation so as to render 5G a hazard. They claim that due to the fact that radiation is bad for human health and there is radiation sourced from networking equipment – it must be bad.
There is no doubting the fact that radiation is indeed bad for you, but this is a certain level of radiation. Indeed the type of radiation invoked in 5G, cell phones and hotspots is actually just a little amount – which happens to be safe.
More recently though, the fear of 5G antennas has only further been fueled by the Covd-19 pandemic which happens to be ever so present all across the globe currently.
But often people forget that while Coronavirus has indeed landed after the boost found in 5G technology, simple correlation does not at all imply causation.
What’s even more ironic about the whole situation is the fact that while the people attacking such towers are doing so in order to in their own minds protect people, they’re actually put the people in more danger than what any 5G signal ever could. Not only will these fires hurt people, but also the lack of network access could even go as far as them not doing their jobs and hence potentially disturbing their livelihood.
