Pakistan, India, England, and New Zealand are set to be the top four teams at the 2022 T20 World Cup as the competition is getting closer to its conclusion. There are four nations making it to the semi-finals this time around – Pakistan, England, New Zealand, and India, which replace last year’s champions, Australia, this time around, those who made it to the final four last year.

From the total prize pool of USD 1,000,000, USD 70,000 were awarded to teams that were knocked out of the competition in the Super 12s stage, while USD 40,000 were awarded to teams that were knocked out in the first round. Additionally, USD 40,000 was awarded to each winning team in both the Super 12s and the preliminary rounds, in addition to the above.

In the 2022 T20 World Cup, there is a lot to play for for all four semi-finalists. Those who lose in the semi-finals will receive a USD 400,000 cash reward, while those who win will qualify for the finals, where they will play for USD 1.6 million in prize money which will be awarded to the winner of the final. It has been decided that USD 800,000 will be handed out to the runners-up of this tournament.
