It seems as if Samsung might be coming under fire once again with respect to the Galaxy S20 Ultra as there might be the possibility of a major design flaw with the company’s latest flagship smartphone. Indeed the recent news surrounding the device concludes that some users are reporting broken glass over the rear camera module – without there being any drops or impact that the phone might have experienced.

Some users are taking the case to Samsung’s forums in order to make sure that there case is heard. All such users have gone on to swear that they did not actually drop their device, and that the camera glass for the phone just randomly broke. All in all, many have also gone on to cite the usage of some sort of a case in order to make sure that their devices are protected.

Some of the users have complained about a small hairline crack which reportedly makes its way across the rear cameras glass covering. Of course this would be a problem as far as using the camera is concerned – even more so when you consider the fact that the camera itself is amongst the main selling points for the device.

Other users have also claimed that the broken Galaxy S20 Ultra camera glass actually goes on to shatter, which eventually leaves a large hole that makes the whole ordeal seem far more dramatic. One user claimed that they woke up with a broken phone – completely oblivious to what caused it.

Because of the fact that the issue still isn’t widespread yet, Samsung is not entertaining the thought of it being under warranty. Indeed the Korean manufacturer is considering the damage to be cosmetic. Of course there also is the issue of proving whether or not users are actually telling the truth. If the issue does become more widespread, we’ll hear more news about it. Till then, we wait for any statement from Samsung.
