The next generation of Apple’s flagship phones are still quite some months away, and the 2018 models are still fresh right into the market. It is quite likely in fact that the next generation of Apple flagship phones won’t launch until several months from now. However, even when you consider the fact that the launch is still months away, we continue to see leaks purported to be for the iPhone Xl (2019). A fresh render has indeed appeared online, however at such a point, it would be smart to take such news and leaks with a pinch of salt.

The latest leaked render also goes on to list some key specs that the upcoming device from Apple might come with. It is expected that the iPhone Xl will come with a 5.8-inch OLED screen with Super Retina HD. The leak even goes as far as mentioning the dimensions of the device – with these given as 5.65” (h) x 2.79” (w) x 0.30” (d). Much like the iPhone 8 and the others, the iPhone Xl too will come with an IP68- certified waterproof/dustproof body. The renders also seemingly go on to confirm that the iPhone Xl will come with a triple rear camera setup.

Renders, specs leak for the iPhone Xl (2019)

However, while some of the things listed by the render may seem to be going with the flow that Apple has set for its flagship smartphones, one interesting thing to note is that the phone will perhaps be coming with a 4000mAh battery. Like I said, this won’t be vintage Apple if this does indeed turn out to be the case, as the iPhones have always pretty much featured with smaller batteries, so if it does indeed turn out to be true, then a 4000mAh battery would be quite great. It is said that the device will even feature with a USB Type-C port. The phone won’t actually be coming with 5G support, according to the leak, and is said to be available in a wide range of colors – four, to be exact : Silver, Gold, Space Grey, and blue.
