Samsung has confirmed the release date of Galaxy Note 9. If you’re die heart fan of Samsung galaxy and were waiting by company to announce the launch date of its upcoming flagship “Galaxy Note 9” then you can book their calendars now, as launch date of Samsung’s next flagship phone finally confirmed by officials.

According to the teaser trailer posted on the company’s YouTube channel, Samsung’s long-established mid-of-the-year flagship, Galaxy Note 9 will be launched at its Unpacked event on August 9th in New York City.

However, this trailer shows little to get you excited, apart from a golden S-Pen. At the moment, maybe the most exciting part of this event is the launch date itself, which has been stirred forward to beginning of August, rather than leaving it at the end of the month.

Here, I’m reminding you the time when the last time Samsung moved a launch ahead of its normal schedule, two years back the company announced the Note 7. This was the event which ultimately cost the $3.1 billion to Samsung and also flawed its image in the market.

Specifications of Galaxy Note 9

With design improvements accompanied with thinner bezels, Galaxy Note 9 is expected to be another significant upgrade for the series. It might stretch its display to a 6.4-inch panel while featuring 8 GB RAM. Interestingly, there will be a major development towards battery life as finally Samsung phone is going to a 4000 mAh unit.

Surely it will cost you good amount money with the feature set and the fact that it comes under the Samsung tag. Luckily, you don’t have to wait as much to verify whether it’s worth the upgrade or not. So, buckle your seats until your calendar hits August 9th.
