In an anticipated move reported by The Elec, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is set to boast an enhanced camera configuration, maintaining its 10x zoom capability while introducing an additional 5x module. The camera ensemble will feature a formidable 200MP primary wide-angle sensor, accompanied by a 12MP ultrawide lens, a 50MP camera equipped with 5x optical zoom, and a 10MP camera supporting 10x optical zoom. With the exception of the new 50MP 5x zoom camera, the other sensors are expected to resemble those found in the existing S23 Ultra model.

Samsung is set to utilize its proprietary 200MP sensor for the primary camera, and the 12MP ultrawide lens will be a collaborative effort involving Samsung, Namuga, and Sunny Optical. Sunny Optical, in partnership with Samsung, will also be responsible for the 10x and 5x zoom cameras. The report further mentions that Namuga and MCNEX will supply the 12MP front-facing camera.
