Samsung is looking to release a larger foldable device in 2022 using its their own 17.3-inch OLED panels from their Samsung Display subsidiary. This device will be able to fold up to 13.3 inches diagonally, similar to their present model. Due to shortages of other parts however, their release was recently indefinitely delayed. Despite this, the demand for foldable devices is subsiding, thus delaying the costlier, upscale version of this product.

The company is planning to launch the world’s largest bent display in 2023. Since it will be the first one on the market, it might be possible that people will buy it.
