The arrested persons—Muhammad Javed, Muhammad Asghar, and Abdul Jabbar—allegedly paid significant sums to an agent for these counterfeit documents. Meanwhile, Daniyal from Dera Ismail Khan obtained his Iraqi visa for Rs. 250,000 through an agent, bypassing the official embassy channels.
