TECNO Partners with Hope Uplift Foundation to Boost Educational Technology

TECNO, Pakistan’s leading smartphone brand, has teamed up with the Hope Uplift Foundation to advance education through technology. This significant collaboration was officially launched on September 1st at a charity event in Lahore, with Arshad Nadeem, Pakistan’s first gold medalist in track and field from the Paris 2024 Olympics, gracing the occasion as the chief guest. His presence underscored the spirit of determination and inspiration central to the initiative.

TECNO has made a substantial contribution by setting up a fully equipped computer lab and donating 20 computers to the Hope Uplift Foundation (HUF). This initial donation is just the beginning of their commitment to enhancing technological education.

As part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts, TECNO plans to extend its impact by offering technological training and professional courses to students. Since its inception in 2000, the Hope Uplift Foundation has been dedicated to bridging the gap between the affluent and the underprivileged. The foundation focuses on providing support and resources to uplift communities, with initiatives including vocational training and technology courses designed to foster financial independence. A key aspect of HUF’s mission is female empowerment, aligning with their goal of promoting sustainable development across Pakistan.
