It has been reported by multiple sources that the Apple CEO Tim Cook appeared at the Apple Store in Beijing’s Sanlitun retail store during the evening, prompting a crowd of customers to pose for a picture in front of the store.

On his official Weibo account, Cook also posted a message in which he said, “It was great to meet our awesome customers and team members at the Apple Sanlitun store in Beijing.”. In particular, I would like to thank Huang Ling for her excellent performance. I wish you the best of luck on the rest of your tour.”

I am sure that Cook’s visit to China isn’t just about checking out the stores, but also about attending the annual meeting of the China Development Forum 2023, which will be held from March 25 to 27, with the theme “Economic Recovery: Opportunities and Cooperation”, and I am sure that he will attend this event.

Also, according to the Yonhap News Agency, Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong will also be attending, as well as the heads of Siemens, Qualcomm, Corning, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Aramco and a number of other giant companies.

The Qualcomm President and CEO Ammon also posted a new Weibo post earlier this evening to confirm that he will be in Beijing this week. I am happy to be back in China after a few years, he said, “I am thrilled to be in China again. I had the pleasure of meeting up with the wonderful Snapdragon friends in Beijing today to celebrate Snapdragon Friends’ second birthday and it was even more fun than I could have ever imagined. We believe that everyone’s love for Snapdragon and their commitment to not letting the latest technology get in the way of making great inventions and products motivates us to keep on doing what we’re doing.
