A new smartwatch has been launched by boAt in India. As part of the brand’s Wave series, this watch falls under the brand’s range. There is a new offering from boAt called the Wave Electra, which is the company’s latest offering. As a budget smartwatch, it competes with the likes of the Noise Colorfit Loop, Amazfit Pop 2, and more that are available on the market at the moment. As you can see from the above images, the boAt Wave Electra features a square dial with a 1.81-inch display with HD resolution and 550 nits of maximum brightness. Its dust-resistance, sweat-resistance, and splash-resistance are certified to IP68 standards. There is a premium design on the device that is made from aluminium alloy.
The boAt Wave Electra is a wristband that includes a variety of health-focused features such as a heart rate monitor, a SpO2 sensor, and a sleep tracker. Additionally, there is an activity tracker, breathing training, and hydration alert included in the app. There are more than 100 sports modes that can be selected from the wearable device.Â

In addition to the BoAt Wave Electra’s built-in microphone and speaker, it is also equipped with a Bluetooth capability so that you can make hands-free calls. There is also a dial pad on the device so users can contact their contacts with ease, and they can also store up to 50 contacts on the device. Aside from Google Assistant, the device also comes with Siri. Whack-A-Mole, 2048 and Whack-A-Mole are also included as built-in games on this unit. As well as music and camera control, weather updates, and find my phone, there are several other handy features of this device. There is a claim that the boAt Wave Electra can last 7 days of battery life on a single charge and 2 days if you use bluetooth.
