A new software update has been rolled out by Garmin for its smartwatches in order to keep them up to date. There is a new feature in the Alpha version 11.5 update that advises the user on jet lag and it is available as part of the update. As a result of the Jet Lag Advisor, the user can obtain travel advice and tips relating to their travel plans. With the help of the Jet Lag Advisor, you can help minimize the effects of jet lag on your body when traveling.

In addition to adding support for Connect IQ System 6 to the latest Garmin software update, the Connect IQ System 6 also allows the user to leave his or her gender unspecified when registering. The update is available for the Fenix 7, Fenix 7X, Fenix 7S, Enduro 2, Epix (Gen 2), and MARQ smartwatches. Also, with the update, you will be able to use HRV TrueUp, which means that your biometric data will be synced between both of your devices. There is, however, not yet support for the overnight HRV graph in the update, which may become available in a later update.

There are two additional sailing tools included in the Alpha version 11.5 software update, including the Distance to Start data as well as the Race Day Card. In addition to stamina data for bike sports, the new firmware also provides a workout execution score in the post-activity summary for users to compare between exercises.
