There was a patent application filed by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. entitled, “A Seat Adjustment Method in a Vehicle, a Parking Method, and Related Equipment”.
As disclosed in the patent abstract for the embodiment of the present application, a method for adjusting a seat in a vehicle, a method of parking a vehicle, and related equipment are described. In the field of vehicles, this method can be applied to a wide range of applications. As the first value of the distance between the user’s eyes and the first point is determined by the position of the first point within, the first value of the distance between the user’s eyes and the first point is also determined by the positional relationship between the first point and the user’s seat; based on the first value, the vehicle determines the adjustment information of the seat, and then makes a correction on the seat based on that information.

It is possible for the distance between the user’s eyes and the aforementioned first point to represent the size information of the user’s body, since the relationship between the aforementioned first point and the seat in which the user is located is preset. As a result, the adjustment information of the seat is based on the distance between the user’s eyes and the first point within the vehicle. In this way, an improved fit between the adjusted seat and the user’s body size is made possible.
