An encouraging development in Pakistani higher education is the ranking of 50 universities in the QS Asia University Rankings 2023, which is compiled by QS. The purpose of these rankings is to identify the best higher education institutions in Asia. There are, however, only two Asian universities that have made it into the top 100 universities in the world.

There is no doubt that the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) is the top-ranked university of a national university in this year’s QS Asia Rankings, according to details that were released today.

Among the top universities in Pakistan, NUST is followed by Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU), followed by Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). The only Asian universities that make it into the top 100 in terms of enrollment are NUST and QAU.
