There has been confirmation from Qualcomm that Samsung Galaxy S23 will only use Snapdragon processors

In the first quarter of 2023, Samsung is gearing up hard to launch its next flagship series for the first time in the company’s history. The Samsung Galaxy S series is usually launched with a different chipset depending on the model. The Samsung Galaxy S23 series is likely to be released this year with the same chipsets as last year’s model. The latest leaks indicate that the Galaxy S23 series will only be available with Snapdragon chipsets when it launches in the second half of 2018. Qualcomm Confirms Samsung Galaxy S23 Series will Use Only Snapdragon Chipsets

Akash Palkhiwala, Qualcomm’s chief financial officer, confirmed that the company expects to have a strong second half of the March quarter (Q1) 2023, which coincides with the first months of sales of the Samsung Galaxy S23 series of phones. In addition, he confirmed that Qualcomm has moved from a 75% share of chipsets in the Galaxy S22 series to a global share of chipsets. In addition, this means that Qualcomm chipsets will be available for all models of the new S23 series phones.

Earlier this month, all three Samsung Galaxy S23 series phones (S23, S23+ and S22 Ultra) have already been confirmed to pass through Geekbench exclusively with the alleged Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. A multiyear partnership between Qualcomm and Samsung was announced by Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon on Tuesday, which will enable Snapdragon chips to be used in all premium Samsung Galaxy phones around the world.
