It is expected to feature a completely redesigned outer panel on the upcoming Moto Razr 2023 smartphone. It has been revealed in a recent live photo that the bottom panel of the device and the side buttons will be painted in a stylish red color.

It’s possible that the new design of the device will not only be reflected on its exterior, but on its interior as well, based on the appearance of the hinge in the device.

According to the recently provided image by 91mobiles, the folded Razr retains its square design, with two camera lenses and an LED flash aligned horizontally, while the smaller size of the phone remains unchanged.

As far as the specifications of the new device are concerned, it is too early to predict what the device will be like. Nonetheless, there is a possibility that the Moto Razr 2023 could be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, since the previous Razr model was launched with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset.

Keeping in mind that it is going to be competing against Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5, we can expect once again to see high-end specifications including a high refresh rate OLED screen just like last year. It is also expected to come with powerful cameras capable of recording videos in up to 8K, and perhaps a battery upgrade as well since the flip phone market has seen notable improvements in the power of batteries recently.

As part of the upgrade, there is also a rumor that the outer screen of the phone will be much bigger than before in order to challenge the Oppo Find N2 Flip for market share. The same thing is reportedly going to be done to Samsung’s exterior screen as well, although there has not been any confirmation of this yet.
