With the new year in 2021 just being around the corner, a new wave of 2021 flagship smartphones is expected to hit the market quite soon. Xiaomi is one if the relatively early launches for the year end and now, a render with respect to the device has actually made its way online – giving us a rather clear look at what will be offered within the MI 11.

The render was first being subject to sharing by known designer in Ben Geskin on Twitter. The tweet by Ben carried an image from the Xiaomi Mi 11 render and hinted at it being the very first look as far as a 2021 flagship smartphone goes from the Chinese tech giant. Looking at the image, we can observe that there is a full front body display and that there exist curved edges on every side – as a single punch hole selfie shooter is present on the front.

On the rear is present a triple camera setup which can be found with a square arrangement with what appears to be a primary lens as well as two other censors of unknown make and function. At this moment in time, there isn’t too much information with regards to the device in itself, however, a few educated speculations can be made. It is likely that the Xiaomi flagship will go on and support the latest offering from Qualcomm in the Snapdragon 888 SoC and that it will feature with at least a 2K resolution on its display – with the support for 120Hz refresh rate also being there.

Notably though, perhaps the most striking aspect of the render is in fact the display – which seemingly happens to be curved on all four edges of the device. Moreover, the render is also in line with the recently leaked images of the MI 11. This leak also went on to reveal the camera specs of the phone, which is a 108MP + 13MP (ultra-wide) + 5MP (macro) triple camera setup.
