While Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi finally took upon itself to take the wraps off of the flagship Mi 11 smartphone last month, the phone finally went on sale this month. The Mi 11 is great on many grounds – in particular the fact that it makes way being the first ever phone powered by the Snapdragon 888 processor. Xiaomi though hasn’t exactly gone on to announce a Mi 11 Pro – but going by precedence, one would have to imagine that there will indeed be a Pro version to take into consideration. While the release date for the Mi 11 Pro is still unknown, there have been the suggestions that this might end up being launched after the Chinese Spring Festival. Meanwhile though, a set of renders said to be belonging to the Mi 11 Pro have been subject to being leaked online.

As one would have had imagined, the Mi 11 Pro will indeed have several similarities when compared to the Mi 11 – but with a few upgrades to go along the package. The renders proceed on to show that the device us likely to make way in both blue as well as silver colors but what catches the eye the most perhaps is the refreshed rear camera design. The camera actually goes on to occupy a wider island in comparison to the Mi 11’s and this is due to the fact that there is a fourth camera sensor on board. One of these particular sensors seem to be a periscope lens and the 120x inscription on the housing does give out the suggestion that it will in fact be capable of 120x zoom much like the Mi 10 Ultra.

For reference – the Huawei P30 Pro happens to be capable of 50x zoom including moon shot and the output for this has been on the receiving end of rave reviews ever since the release. However, the same cannot actually be said about the 120x zoom on the Mi 10 Ultra as there isn’t too spectacular a performance to account for.

For now though, take these renders with a pinch of salt and let’s wait for official news to make its way.
