The Government of Punjab has decided to pay the salary of public servants in the province a couple of days earlier, on account of Eid ul Fitr, a announcement was issued on Wednesday.
In a note that was issued, instructed the authorities concerned to ensure that the salaries of Muslim public employees as well as pensioners will be paid on the 27th of April.
It is the holy month Ramadan began with Pakistan in April. Eid ul Fitr is anticipated to be observed on May 3 or 2.
